Salon Etiquette
If this is your first time at Robert Allen Salon here is a guide.
Scheduling... Although appointments are preferred, they are not always necessary. If availability permits, we are happy to accommodate walk-in clients. However, most services are booked several weeks in advance. 
Appointments... To book appointments simply call the salon and we will be happy to help you or we recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can accommodate your wishes.
Time of Arrival... To insure that you receive the full length of your service, we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. Paperwork from first time clients is collected at this time. We schedule appointments according to our specialistsÂ’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.
Late Arrivals... Our scheduling is designed to permit the appropriate amount of time to complete your service. In fairness to others, we ask you to give us at least a 15 minutes notice of your expected tardiness. If you are not able to make your appointment time and will be more than 15 minutesÂ’ late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. 
Cancellations... Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any service, in consideration of our other clients and stylists, it is each guest's responsibility to give the courtesy of a 24 hour notice. If you fail to call or show, we must charge 50% of any unkept service. If the appointment is missed with no prior notification, 100% of the service(s) will be charged.
Personal items... We regret we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please leave any valuables at home or keep them with you during your appointments.
